Villa Olori Covid-19 policy.

In light of the latest COVID-19 guidelines, Villa Olori continues to ensure that guest and employee health and safety remain our top priority. Our villa is open and welcoming guests and we have launched an enhanced health and safety program including intensive cleaning measures prior to guest arrival.

Our employees will be wearing masks. We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and to abide by all local health authorities including social distancing and group gathering recommendations.

Villa Olori Enhanced Cleaning Procedures:

1. All Villa Olori staff are provided with personal protective items. This includes disposable gloves and masks.

2. Bedrooms and living areas are regularly ventilated. Outside doors are opened and ventilating fans used to increase air circulation before daily cleaning and sanitizing takes place. This is a daily protocol even if the villa does not have guests. Bathrooms are open air and have good air circulation.

3. Hand sanitizers are available in all villa kitchens. Staff wash their hands thoroughly before and after housekeeping tasks and are reminded not to touch their face, nose and mouth.

4. All surfaces in the villas are cleaned with the appropriate cleaners. This includes sofas, rugs, drapes, and other soft/porous surfaces.

 5. All linens washed at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. That includes bedsheets, mattress covers, hand towels, bath towels and kitchen towels.

6. Disposal of all cleaning supplies. Paper towels, disinfectant wipes, and other disposable cleaning supplies are put into rubbish and removed daily. Reusable products such as cleaning clothes are machine washed at the highest heat setting appropriate for the material.
